  • Fabricated aluminum replacement housing for a 3D printed festival totem to resolve PLA thermal failure
  • Engineered a vise-in-vise fixturing solution to securely clamp irregular parts during precision milling
  • Used 4th axis rotary machining to machine curved external surfaces on a cylindrical totem body
  • Machined internal cavities to accommodate electronics while maintaining structural integrity of the aluminum shell

I was commissioned to remake a 3d printed festival totem from PLA to aluminum due to heating issues.
